<p>Objective: In a high level consultative role, the Account Manager's objective will be to increase revenue and gross profit focusing on the mid-market to enterprise corporate customer while expanding our clients market presence.</p>

<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<p>Account Managers will be responsible for:</p>

<p>This position is for a seasoned Commissions Manager who will be responsible for the Global commission process. The responsibilities include handling communication with Management and employees, approving commission payments, reconciliations, data entry into the commission system and working with various internal departments. </p>

<p>Prepare compensation analyzes, metrics and other presentation materials, including sales performance and achievement.</p>

<p>This position will develop a sales compensation model to track CCOS, which consists of cost modeling, commission expense estimates, commission accrual methodology, special incentives and cost of exceptions.  This will be the the liaison between FP&A and commissions for monthly and quarterly reporting.</p>

<p>This position will support the various commission initiatives and the annual incentive compensation planning process which involves document development, System testing and  the collection and organization of information.</p>

<p>Participates in on-going process and procedural improvements that contribute to the efficient management of the sales organization and its variable pay components and philosophy</p>

<p>Manage, hire, train and develop staff as needed. Currently managing staff of 2 full-time employees.<br />
Qualifications	</p>

<p>Candidate must be system savvy and have strong technical skills.  Demonstrated proficiency with  Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced MS Excel and hands on experience with Microsoft Access or other database tool.  Skilled in developing adhoc reports with a report writing tool (ie..business objects, crystal)</p>
