Technical Account Manager

Ajilon Consulting is seeking an Account Manager to work for the NJ district office. In collaboration with the Vice President of the NJ District, will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategy, competitive analysis, account planning, to both protect and enhance the NJ office revenue base, generate new business opportunities for Ajilon while ensuring customer satisfaction and the successful meeting of Ajilon financial objectives. Will communicate the inherent business value of Ajilon solutions and services to the customer or prospect. Will be responsible for opportunity identification, qualification, customer requirements definition and working in a team selling environment.
Specific Responsibilities: The Account Manager will identify, and close business with existing and new clients while making recommendations for the expansion of current business by leveraging Ajilon capabilities and service offerings. This includes selling of solutions and IT staffing services. Develops sales and account plans for assigned accounts and territories.
