Sales Engineer - Pre-Sales - Texas - DALLAS
Concerto Software is seeking a sales engineer that will be reporting to the Consultant Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting Concerto customers and direct sales personnel in pre-sales activities. Activities include solutions discovery discussions, application and technical integration exploration, software demonstrations and preparation of configuration and application solutions documentation.
Specific Pre-sales engineering activities include:
Participate in Customer Needs Analysis
Create Customer solutions Design
Develop Customer server configuration
Prepare pre-implementation documents
Review customer proposals
Explore and validate system integration points
Demonstrate software
Support RFPs and RFIs
Support site visits
Prepare software quotation requests
