Call Center Software Account Executive - Pennsylvania - PHILADELPHIA
Concerto Software, a leading provider of Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions, is hiring an Call Center Software Account Executive for the New England area.
Reporting to the Vice President, this position will be responsible for business development and revenue quota attainment. This Account Executive will be selling to Contact Center prospects in the assigned territory of the United States.
To be successful in these jobs, candidates must demonstrate the following:
- technical aptitude
- strong solutions sales orientation
- in-depth knowledge of software applications preferably within telephony environments
integrating voice and data technologies.
- demonstrated track record of success selling large scale system applications
Candidates must be self starters, willing to work autonomously, be customer oriented and must possess excellent communication skills.
